2022 - 2023 Only!
End of year Moodle rollover - 30th & 31st August
UPDATE: 30th August 2023 2:30pm
Moodle archive is now available again at https://moodlearchive.bradfordcollege.ac.uk. This new archive is a copy of Moodle as it was first thing on the morning of 30th August 2023. If anyone has any work to submit still for the 2022-2023 academic year - this is where that work should be submitted.
The end of year rollover of Moodle happens on the last week of August. This year due to the college being closed Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th August, this will happen on 30th and 31st August.
On the morning of 30th August Moodle and Moodlearchive will be taken offline. The current year's Moodle will then be copied to become the archive for 2023-2024 academic year. This should be available around lunchtime on the 30th August. Any students who still need to submit work for the 2022-2023 academic year should log into Moodlearchive to do this from the 30th August.
Following this the live Moodle will be prepared for the 2023-2024 academic year and should be available by late afternoon on the 31st August.
Please note
Any tables on Moodle pages that have links to other Moodle courses/assignments will still point to these on https://moodle.bradfordcollege.ac.uk and NOT to https://moodlearchive.bradfordcollege.ac.uk.
Moodle has no way to block replace these as they are hard coded links. I can replace them when pointed out but please remember this takes time. In the meantime if you click a link from Moodle archive that goes to a page on Moodle, you can edit the URL in your browser from moodle.bradfordcollege.ac.uk to moodlearchive.bradfordcollege.ac.uk.
